Problems with Publisher - cannot remove access to model groups, cannot remove named users from Aris publisher

Hello all,

I have some problems with Aris publisher 9.

We migrated Aris 7 to Aris 9 but we have some problems regarding Publisher - I don’t know if we are doing something wrong or we miss something to do:

Please help:

1. First problem: When we publish in Publisher we cannot restrict the rights to some model groups neither in named users nor in Anonymous access. Let’s say we want everyone who has the password for Publisher (or without password for anonymous access) to see only 3 model groups from all 6. For this we are doing the following:

   - create new User “X” and put him under new user group “X group” in UMC and give him only Aris Viewer license (we want this group to see only the processes in Publisher and not to model in Designer).

   - assign privileges (pass on privileges) of this “X group” and X user to these 3 model groups that we want in Admin Aris platform. (we remove the access to the 2 model groups (---) and Pass on privileges)

   -create publisher export to the database (it is impossible to make it only for one model group - only to whole db, isn't it?)

And the result... unfortunately when the user log in Publisher - the model groups that we don't want this group to see are still visible. With old publisher I didn't have such problem at all - did I miss something. Should I restrict this rights somewhere else or how to do it….

The same problem with anonymous access ?!

1. Second problem: after the migration from old Aris to new one and then when we publish the migrated models in Publisher they save the restriction in access according to the old Publishing as it was. When we try to change the privileges – to remove access from some model groups or to give access to more modelgroups – it is written that they are changed (r--) instead of (---) or vice versa but after all in Publisher still stays the result from the old Aris.  (we are making new publisher export every time after we change the rights)

    

2. Third problem: In Aris publisher administration in the menu Users – are all the named users who have Aris Viewer licence. But even if we untick the box for Aris Viewer of 1 user in UMC and give Reorganize under “Users” in Aris Publisher administration the user is still there – I can only remove it manually – why what is the problem?

Please help me to solve these problems (especially 1st) We urgently need to publish the processes with different access to some model groups because there is Board meeting next Monday.
