Error Message - Exporting Custom Report

Hello,

I subscribed to ARIS Cloud and received the E-Mail with the Link for the ARIS Cloud online Shop.
But when I visit the shop, there is no voucher activated and my cart total is about 750€.

Is this how it is supposed to be?

Because in the E-Mail it states, that the total will remain 0,00€.

   No, it's not the way it should be. 

   Could you let me know if you get an error message on the shop page when you click on the link in the email?
