Backup data from umc

Hello, I exported umcDataExport.zip from umc interface setting a password: in the zip file there are 5 group and one file
- group
- licenses
- privileges
- users
- usersettings
- config.properties

Then I used y-datadump.bat -s localhost -t default export -u system -p manager -f "C:\backup\backup.zip" but the config.properties file it's not contained in the zip file
Do you have any idea why?
What is default password of the backup.zip created via batch? Is it possibile to customized it?
