Reset/changed password notifications incomplete

I am not sure what is missing in my ARIS 10 (Connect/acc) configuration:

  • - SMTP is set up and notifications are sent correctly, i.e. the user does receive a notification about a password reset request or a changed password
  • - the text does not include a link to do the actual reset or the @user.password to start with, and I do not know where to find how I should do that properly

I started with standard texts I searched together from documentation

Password reset - Message

Password reset @tenant.name - Name of the tenant the user belongs to        @user.login - Login of a user receiving notifications  -     @user.givenName - First name of a user receiving notifications        @user.lastName - Last name of a user receiving notifications      @user.password - (New) password of a user receiving notifications

 

Password reset request - Message

Password reset request @tenant.name - Name of the tenant the user belongs to       @user.login - Login of a user receiving notifications        @user.givenName - First name of a user receiving notifications       @user.lastName - Last name of a user receiving notifications        @user.password - (New) password of a user receiving notifications

Does anybody have an idea?
