Connect - Language / Terms Problem

Hi

We have an on-premise ARIS 10 environment.  I'm not sure what's happened in Connect, although it's obviously something to do with language settings.  The attached screenshot is of an EPC (Row display) model, and you can see that the headings have been replaced with placeholders such as ??? transformation.process.functions.TRM ???

We had been changing the Connect config for the UI language, and I'm sure it is something to do with that.

Any ideas on how we can get back to where we should be?  I'll be grateful for any pointers!
