accounting logging in 9.7

I want to know weather we are having a file in ARIS 9.7 for accounting the logging information

In ARIS 7.1 we are having this file by the name of 'arisaccount.dtd' under the path C:\Program Files\ARIS7.1\server\accounting . If anyone knows about it please comment .
